Winning Leaders in ActionSM    

Our Winning Leaders in ActionSM program is a dynamic
leadership experience that includes specific learning
events along with the development of a cross-functional
virtual team of leaders that learn together, innovate, and
help to improve the organization overall.  

The program consists of four to six modules (depending
on your specific needs) over a two to three year period.

Some components of the program include

Cross-functional participants that become a
team with a real problem to solve

Both business based (learning about the
business) and skill based (problem solving
skills, project management, etc.) learning occurs

Site visits and/or customer/partner visits occur so
participants really understand the nature of the
business

Internal experts are used (when appropriate) for
